The tokenization process begins with the asset owner submitting detailed information about the asset. Depending on the type of owner, this process includes the following:

• Individual Owners: Individuals must register and complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, providing identity documents and proof of ownership.

• Institutional Owners: Real estate developers or corporations undergo both KYC and Know Your Business (KYB) verification to ensure legitimacy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
